Maatalouden vaihteistot

Kartiovaihteistot
Maatalouskoneiden kartiopyörästöjen väsymiskestävyys määräytyy eri toimintojen kumulatiivisten vaurioiden summien perusteella. Simulointimallia käytettiin arvioimaan spiraalimaisen kartiopyörästöjen väsymiskestävyyttä. Kunkin toiminnon kertyneet vauriot on esitetty kuvassa 9a. Jankkurin muokkaustoiminto ylitti vaurioiden summan yksi. Tämä kriteeri osoittaa, että vaihteiston väsymiskestävyys on lyhyempi kuin sen käyttöikä.
Kartiopyörävaihteissa toisessa akselissa on kaksi toisiinsa yhdistettyä akselia. Toinen akseli on kiinnitetty kotelon 3 ulkopintaan laakereiden avulla, kun taas toisessa akselissa on laippa, joka työntyy vaihteen koteloon. Toinen akseli on kiinnitetty laakereiden avulla vaihteen koteloon ja laippaan. Se on asennettu tällä tavalla, jotta kartiopyörä pääsee pyörimään tasaisesti.
