ベベルギアボックス
農業機械のベベルギアボックスの疲労寿命は、さまざまな作業における累積損傷値によって決まります。シミュレーションモデルを用いて、スパイラルベベルギアの疲労寿命を評価しました。各作業における累積損傷値を図9aに示します。サブソイラー耕うん作業では、損傷値が1を超えました。この基準は、ギアボックスの疲労寿命が使用寿命よりも短いことを示しています。
ベベルギアボックスでは、第2軸は互いに接続された2本の軸から構成されています。一方の軸はベアリングを介してハウジング3の外周面に取り付けられ、もう一方の軸はギアハウジング内に突出するフランジを備えています。第2軸はベアリングを介してギアハウジングとフランジに取り付けられています。このように取り付けられることで、ベベルギアがスムーズに回転できるようになります。
